Description:Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Security Representative Senior to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX.
The selected candidate will provide multi-disciplined Security support and perform primary Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for multiple special access programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel and physical security, policy guidance and research, classification and material control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, OpSec requirements, security education and partnership with program management. The selected candidate will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers’ expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites.
Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
― Final Top Secret security clearance and a background investigation performed within the last six years.
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
― Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO.
― Experience working as a Top Secret Control Officer.
― Experience working as a Media Custodian.
― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
― Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
― Highly organized and detail oriented.
― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
