Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Security Professional to fill multiple positions in support of the Integrated Support Contract. This position will require the applicant to operate the daily operations of our security team as well support its personnel. Duties include but are not limited to: the execution of our contract goals and expectations in support of the contract. Coordination with BAE and Government senior leadership. Experience in Personnel Security (PERSEC) operations, and familiarity with the DISS application. Document and media control, experience with accountability applications is preferred. Facility security operations, to include emergency action plans and safeguarding.
Applicants should be detail oriented and able to maintain fluid operations. This position will also support an array of additional security programs and duties within the BAE organization under their Security Manager. This position will work closely with the Government Security Personnel in support of multiple Programs and facilities.
Position requires a Top Secret Clearance.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Relevant Experience
- 7 Years of work experience
- Experience with Security policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of the DoDM 5200 series and NISPOM
- Candidate must hold and maintain a Top Secret Clearance and all necessary Program Accesses. The criteria for obtaining a clearance is set by the US Government.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of Industrial Security experience
- Experience working with AF Security managers in all disciplines
- Experience in Industrial Security or prior relatable experience
- SPeD security certifications will be considered in lieu of degree requirements
